The thing I like about this design is that, while it's pretty wide at its widest point, it's done in such a light and airy way that it doesn't feel like you're wearing a band-aid.  I know there are people who aren't fond of peridot, the August birthstone, but look at this particular one- it's bright and sparkly and a really nice color of green.  To those who say they dislike peridot, I say, "you just haven't looked at the right ones!".
