This pendant is hand fabricated in 14k yellow and white gold with a 6mm cabochon cut amethyst. The piece measures 32mm in length.
I always think of an architects calipers when I look at this piece. The amethyst is cut in a cabochon style, which is to say it has a smooth, domed top. I made this pendant mostly in 14k yellow gold, but used a white gold ring at the top for the bail to fit through. This way, you can wear it with either a white or yellow chain. I like versatility.
